Many a times in our day to day life we see average students doing very well in competitive exams and on the contrary hardworking, brilliant students failing or not performing up to the mark. In spite of working very hard a lot majority of students are unable to succeed in their life. One of the major reasons for their failure is low self esteem and negative self beliefs about themselves.
What you have inwardly in your subconscious will be projected outwardly in your day to day life. If you have a picture of yourself a weak, unlucky, and a failure in your own subconscious mind no matter how hard you work you won’t be in a position to reap the benefits.
I have personally interacted with many students preparing for competitive exams, in many cases the candidate is thoroughly convinced that he can not succeed and comes for preparation just because there is a pressure from parents. And he struggles to fail, in extreme cases it lands in suicides also.
Dr Bruce Lipton in his book Biology of Belief writes that your physical body will respond according to your Belief system, and subsequently there will be changes even at DNA or Genetic level. Most of our own ideas about self come from our past or childhood experiences.
If someone had a positive academic experiences in their early life many a times their Belief about their own academic performances becomes positive.
What about those who are not so lucky? They too can modify their self belief in an appropriate way.
Even before you take a book to prepare for competitive exams , sit back and ask yourself, is my self esteem intact , what are my own beliefs about myself. Are they positive or favorable or negative or unfavorable?
Do not hesitate to seek a professional help if your self esteem is broken or you have negative self beliefs about your own self. After all we all live our life from inside to outside.
Take care of your Beliefs, your internal programs and everything will automatically be taken care of.
As the old saying goes, water the roots to enjoy the fruits.

Truly spoted , Self Esteem and Belief
