He did his Master of science in Physics from SPPU, Pune and Ph.D from IIT Bombay in materials science. He qualified his NET, SET and JEST examinations.
He was Nominee for the Young Alumni Achiever Awards (YAAA) 2021 of IIT Bombay, India (*YAAA are given for alumni who have shown outstanding achievements in their chosen field of work and are below 40 years of age).
He has Issued/Filed over 130 US Patents during Research and Development on generations’ FinFET CMOS platform in TSMC.
